Is DriversDirect CDL a staffing agency or freight broker?

No. DriversDirect CDL provides professional profiles, discovery, and member communication. It does not employ drivers, broker freight, negotiate agreements, or guarantee jobs or earnings. Members arrange work and payments independently.

What happens after I create my account?

You continue to the secure Chargebee checkout for the role you selected. After successful membership activation, you can use your member workspace, complete your profile, and access the features available to your role.

Will I be able to talk directly with businesses?

Active Driver members can start conversations through service pages. Businesses can reply to interested Driver members. Members also have role-based communities and can create invite-only groups.

Who can see my contact details?

Your contact-sharing options are in your profile settings. Choose what you share rather than publishing phone numbers or email addresses on the main website. Always review your sharing settings before adding sensitive information.

How do reviews work?

Reviews are tied to eligible, confirmed professional relationships. Feedback is reviewed by staff before publication. A review or badge is not a guarantee of credentials, compliance, or service quality.

Can I join through a driving school referral?

Participating schools may share an administrator-created Driver referral link with its own offer. Valid offers and their terms appear during signup. These are not general public promotions; a payment card is required for trial offers.
